There’s a reason why Harrison Ford‘s career has spanned nearly six decades—he’s starred in franchises like Star Wars and Indiana Jones, and he’s also showcased his acting chops in movies including The Fugitive and Air Force One. Ford’s most recent movie, Call of the Wild, is also a testament to how physically strong the 77-year-old is.

The domestic box-office gross of Ford’s films is about $ 5.1 billion, and he’s the fourth highest-grossing U.S. domestic box-office star of all time. And as for Ford’s net worth? It’s not too shabby either.

Harrison Ford’s net worth is $ 230 million.

Ford’s highest grossing film is 2015’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The movie grossed over $ 2 billion worldwide, and it’s the fourth highest-grossing film of all time. The Force Awakens also led to Ford re-entering Forbes’ list of the highest-paid actors in 2016. The actor made about $ 15 million for starring in the movie.

However, Ford’s biggest payday ever comes from a different film. The actor earned an astounding $ 65 million for 2008’s Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull. Ford was in a semi-retirement at the time, and Paramount offered him a deal that split much of the film’s profit between him, director Steven Spielberg and franchise creator George Lucas.

The massive payday made Ford the highest-paid actor on Forbes’ annual Celebrity 100 list in 2009.

Ford also tries to give back, and he’s the vice-chair of Conservation International, non-profit environmental organization, and he spoke at the 2018 Global Climate Action Summit. He’s also acted as a spokesperson for Restore Hetch Hetchy, an organization that’s dedicated to restoring Yosemite National Park’s Hetch Hetchy Valley to its original condition.

Ford has also donated parts of his ranch in Wyoming as a natural wildlife preserve, and as Money Inc. reports, Ford—who is also a pilot in his spare time—used his helicopter to help hikers that have gotten lost in the wilderness.
